- Why a portrait? - Because a portrait is one of the best and dearest gifts you can present to yourself, your loved ones or your workmates for memories that can last a lifetime. Despite the fact that I have many years of experience and professional recognition in this demanding field, every new portrait is a whole new world for me. graduated from USSR State Art University with MA degree in Fine Art. I'm
member of the Canadian Association of Professional Artists and winner of
the prestigious
Reuters International Graphic Arts Contest in year 1995. My
Canadian and international customers include Associated
Press, France Press, The Toronto Star, National Post, The Globe and Mail,
Newsweek, Time, SAT1 German TV, CBC Television, CTV Television, Salvation Army, Prentice
Hall Canada, Irwin Publishing, Canada Law Book, Indian Motorcycle,
Myriad Marketing, the Canadian Police Association, Purolator
Courier, Israeli National TV and Academia Kiado. I'm living and working in Toronto. If you are a Torontonian, you can arrange a drawing session with me. If you have no time for it, or you live/work far from Toronto, I can draw a portrait for you using photography as reference material. All you need to do is to chose several good photographic pictures of the model and send them to me by mail. You can even provide me with the image for reference in jpg format via e-mail. to the top I draw personal pencil and watercolor portraits. I also produce humorous portraits and limited editions of color or black & white print portraits for business people.
